General Return Policy

At Tire Wheel Experts (TWE), we stand behind the products we sell and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must not have been installed or mounted.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All original documentation accompanying the product must be included in the return.
If any of these conditions are not met, Tire Wheel Experts reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
Return Procedure
- 1. Email your return request to info@tirewheelexperts.com to start your return. Our team will follow up with the return instructions and next steps.
- 2. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification with the approval or rejection of your refund.
- 3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note: Returns not caused by an error on our part may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Exclusions
- Mounted & Balanced Wheel/Tire Packages: Final sale once assembled. Please confirm fitment with our experts before ordering.
- Special-Order Wheels (e.g., custom-drilled options or made to order forged wheels): Cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once processed.
- Mounted Tires: Once a tire is mounted, both wheel and tire are considered used and not eligible for return.
- Shipping Damage: If a product arrives damaged, you must report it immediately and before installation. If damaged items are installed, they are no longer eligible for return.
- Used or Installed Products: Cannot be returned under any circumstance.
Return Shipping:
- If your return is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover the shipping.
- If not, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We provide return labels, but cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary) .
- If you've done all of the above and still don't see your refund, contact us at info@tirewheelexperts.com.
Modifications to this Policy
Tire Wheel Experts may update this Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised policy.
