Tire Wheel Experts has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unpackaged, unused, with tags, and packaged in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange for freight shipping and/or will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your tire and wheel order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Only in cases of manufacturer defects, will any tires or wheels which have been installed and driven upon, be considered for return.
Exchanges: Exchanges are only considered for orders which are pre-approved by Tire Wheel Experts. To discuss a return and exchange relative to any order, you can contact us at email@example.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Only upon preliminary approval of a return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved after inspection, the order will be refunded via the original payment method, less any applicable fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
It is our goal to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, due to our FREE SHIPPING, we must recover costs incurred to deliver and return these items. Unless the mistake is ours, “initial shipping fees” plus “return shipping fees” will be deducted from any potential refund values.
All returns must include all original accessories. Returns with unexpected damage, signs of use or missing original accessories will be rejected. If the return is rejected due to previously listed circumstances, we will work with you to return the product(s) back to you at your cost.
